About Harbour Gate
Harbour Gate Towers is a premium residential development in Dubai Creek Harbour. Construction on the project started in 2017. Its commission is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021. The developer of the project is one of the most famous Arab developers, Emaar Properties.

The Harbour Gate residential complex consists of two high-rise buildings with an original stepped shape connected by a podium. The northern tower, Harbour Gate Tower 1, rises to 42 floors, while Harbour Gate Tower 2 has 36 floors, including several levels of underground parking, basements and a podium that also houses 18 residential units. The top of the podium serves as a communal lounge area, while the lower floors of the buildings are dedicated to restaurants and stores.

Harbour Gate offers modern apartments ranging from 63 square meters to 153 square meters with 1-3 bedrooms. On the upper floors of the complex there are several penthouses with an area of more than 200 square meters with four bedrooms and a room for servants with a private bathroom.
