Dubai Hills Estate is one of the most popular areas to reside in Dubai, with a mixed-use infrastructure, and great overall amenities. This was the first phase of construction for the Mohammed Bin Rashid City district (MBR City) and is a “city within a city” due to the huge scale of the project. About Acacia
Acacia is a residential project by Emaar, located in the Park Heights community with a high density of medium-rise buildings. The complex consists of three buildings united by common recreation areas. Equal in height and style these nine storey buildings represent a harmonious architectural group. The residential apartments start from the second floor. At the bottom of the buildings are spacious lobbies.

Acacia offers a wide choice of well-proportioned and spacious apartments from 667 to 2583 sq. ft.
